...Our Coffee is 100% Kona grown...

Located on the side of the Mauna Loa volcano is our farm of approximatly 3500 coffee trees. A lot of TLC goes to our trees. In addition, rich volcanic soil, afternoon cloud cover, and the perfect amount of rainfall assist to make our coffee possibly the best in the world. Coffee drinkers love Kona Pure Coffee's full bodied flavor and pleasing aroma.

...No Pesticides, Herbicides, or Chemical Fertilizers...

That is right, our farm is friendly to the environment. We don't rely on importing chemicals--Trees are foliar fed with a special compost tea as well as mulched with organic matter. Some resources used in the past to feed our soil have included local fish emulsion, Hawaiian ocean water from a 2000 foot depth, Hawaiian Spirulina, Kelp, Bokashi, Biodynamic products, and several other organic fertilizers. Our soil is rich in benefical micro-organisms and has a proper balance of trace elements, minerals, and micronutrients. That soil in turn produces a much better bean - try for yourself.

...We don't sell 'blends'...

Kona Coffee is so highly prized among devotees of quality beans that many capitalize on the name's reputation alone. Many merchants market various 'Kona blends.' A Kona Blend is a mixture of beans with only 10% being true Kona beans. Coffee connesseurs know to buy only 100% pure Kona coffee for real quality taste.

...Care goes into every bag we sell...

Annually only 2 million pounds of Kona Coffee is grown and processed. That volume is limited by the tiny geographical size of Kona's prime coffee growing zone. In order for the Kona coffee industry to survive, quality is focused on rather than quantity. Each bean that goes into our coffee is hand harvested to insure the perfect ripeness. Every step of the milling process is painstakingly monitored to assure quality. Our goal is to ship you the best, freshest coffee you'll ever have.
